Very rude owner... Absolutely unacceptable customer service! We brought him one vehicle from our dealership for inspection and up front we have been told that he does not want to deal with us. "I know i can't make money on repairs doing inspection for the dealership, so i don't want to do any inspections for you guys" - Mr. Mike told us. I am not sure how did he got his inspection license, but i think he need to read instructions few more times and go for his test again... This is absolutely unacceptable way of doing busines... read more
