This company does NOTHING by the law. As someone who works for a real estate agency, as well as my family owns a property management company, it’s very frustrating to deal with such unprofession, stupidity, and rudeness.!!! The manager nelly is the worst one there by far! Lucky for us, we know about the laws and regulations!! We have lived in our home for 3 years now and it’s just a matter of time until we are able to move locations and take these people to court! Here I am again :( I’ve been asking for repairs on my roof for 6 months now. Pigeons have lived in the roof for at least a year, dropping fecal matter and scratching and pecking the walls. Also my water heater was deemed “unsafe” by PG&E. Our safety tech said thank goodness he came to check because somebody could be seriously hurt. I provided proper documentation and pictures and asked several times when repairs will be made and nobody has gotten back to me. WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T RENT ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY MAKE PROMISES TO GET THINGS FIXED AND THAT DOESN'T HAPPEN. ITS GONNA BE 105 AND THEY WON'T GET MY COOLER FIXED!!! ACCORDING TO WHAT WEATHERIZATION PROGRAM SAID, USING IT CAN BE DANGEROUS TO MY HEALTH DUE TO FUMES FROM THE FURNACE AND THEY STILL DO NOTHING!!! 😣😠😡😈
