Came in for a 5k mile fluid change and was treated like a VIP. Lounge is huge and comfortable, food was excellent at the deli, service was quick and they even washed my car. Highly recommend coming here for Toyota service. Great experience!
Rude staff! I was greeted by salesman at the door when I had an appointment with GM finance, never even seen the GM finance Mark Landory, sales person was nice and trying to be helpful but then refers me to the "sales manager" because I wanted to discuss preliminary situation before I get my credit dinged with an application if they can't help me.... So the "sales manager" who gave me an attitude saying "we are a 5 star dealership we don't do rebates or we loose our rating and we are a dealership not a bank". All I asked was... read more
