I have dealt with several service writers there and one tried to BS me about needing to put air in my tires every couple months as he said they naturally leak 2-3 psi per month. Then he tried to tell me that my tires didn't have nitrogen in them and found out that they did . Yesterday I dealt with a you man named Edwin who was honest with me and did not try to BS me!! I definitely will be requesting him from now on!!!

From Mr. Cody Dreier to every employee I had reason to meet the owner of I-10 TOYOTA can rest assured he has put together a compan y that could well serve as model for anyone wanting a successful business. The structure is beautiful, but it always has been and always will be the people that contribute the most to any successful company. And you sir, have a large group of very good people.
Was there yesterday they checked my car,said everything was ok,my uncle checked it this morning due to an issue that ive been having,for 2 weeks now did a check up in my car,my car had a broken rock and pinion,all struts bad,dirty oil,one tire has a huge bumb,why would they tell me everything looked fine regarding tires,oil...i dt remember if they said they check my struts but now im worried,they said they check my trans fluid but who knows if they checked it ���� never had an issue with i 10 toyota most of all my family buy... read more
I -10 Toyota has the best Service, and friendly as well. They get the job done. Love taking my car there...they have a snack bar, lounge area, TV's, etc. You feel welcome!
I have been dealing with I-10 Toyota since 2001 and only once have I gone to another dealer because they were closer to me. Well that was a mistake and have never gone any place else. I have bought two vehicles from I-10 and the only mechanic I use there and have used since 2001 in Fred Sinloa. He is a wizard with the vehicles. Anyway, you have a good dealership there and I only wish you had a dealership up in Yucca Valley area. See I live about 16 miles east of Twentynine Palms so it's about 87 miles one way from my home.
