Horrible customer service. 1. No one says good morning everybody looks like if they’re in a bad mood. 2. Took more than an hour for an oil change 3.Told me, car is ready keys are there cars outside.. Wow 4.They “ washed my car”. Left it worse than what it was. 5. And on my way out customer told me that the latch to open my hood is getting stuck that one of the Service guys showed him on my car. But didn’t tell me. WTH��

My wife bought this truck at I-10 Toyota and when she did she did a great thing she put a premium package on it so the only thing we have to pay for is stuff that really wears out there already replaced my battery once and you know how bad it is in the desert on batteries thank you I10 Toyota for the great service
