I've used many service centers over the years. I've been using Hyundai of New Bern service center for years now. I won't go anywhere else. I've never waited more than 5 minutes past an appointment time. I'd say 90% of the time me vehicle is in well before my scheduled time. They understand the term "Customer service". Unfortunately most companies don't understand that term. Give them a try, I'll bet you'll like them.
