Very friendly , went in for a transmission fluid change they got it done quickly and i did not have an appointment. Very satisfied with their service ijustthought some of their other services are way too expensive.

We had the best car buying experience ever today at Hyundai of New Bern. I was a nervous wreck. I was stuck in a bad deal and an even worse vehicle. Upon arrival they were straight forward, honest and did everything they could to put our minds at ease and get us into something better. No one pressured us. They listened to our thoughts and concerns and recommended a solution.Whether we took their advice was entirely our decision. We did and we couldn't be happier. Worked out the price on line, Very fair price. Showed up on Saturday to go over the details . Jimmie McCloud was our sales man, very professional and easy going. no pressure. Also very knowledgeable of the Santa Fe. Went over the numbers with Kevin, still no pressure, very relaxed. Signed everything with Annika "Shorty" Boahn. Still professional and covered everything and explained all the numbers. Price was cheaper then Goldsboro, Grenville, Rocky Mount, and Cary.
