We went in and test drove a vehicle, loved the vehicle. The gentleman helping us was friendly. We went inside to discuss the vehicle further. As we were sitting in there, waiting for some numbers to come back to us, half the staff was gathered around talking loudly and cussing (throwing out f bombs, others too) and being very unprofessional. I called looking for a specific car that nobody had! Well, they didn't have it either but the searched around and a got it. Then they sent a driver to Wilmington to pick me up and drove me to the dealership. Paperwork was waiting and I spent little to no time waiting at the dealership. In and out and painless!
