Knowledgeable , friendly, helpful and kind! I had a great experience at Hyundai in Jefferson City, Missouri. I took my car in for diagnostic test once they diagnosed the problem they got it fixed. The Service Advisor DEREK STARK was very nice, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and good personality he is the perfect person fits the job. I am highly recommend Hyundai in Jefferson City, Missouri. Sales manager was rude. Went to columbia and bought our cars. Service department will not answer the phone. After 5 minutes of ringing I gave up.

Everyone at the Jefferson City Hyundai dealership is upbeat, courteous, efficient, and wants to please their customers. I recommend the brand for it’s reliability and style. The sales staff is knowledgeable and goes out of their way to help you find what you are looking for. If you're interested in buying a new or used vehicle, this is the place to go....and make sure you ask for Keith Hilliard. Keith listened to what I was wanting and went out in the cold rain numerous times to get different vehicles for me to test drive. Not once did I feel pressured to take something that I didn't want. He took the time to make sure I was happy with what I was purchasing. Very professional, very friendly. Great salesman...couldn't have asked for better.
