Well first of all when you tell them your car is burning oil, your motor is messed up. Please don't tell me you have to wait until your car gets worse before we can fix it for you. I really do not look forward to be stranded somewhere when it could have been prevented.

Bought two vehicles. 1 was sold illegally as the title was still pending as it was caught up in an auction for months (I waited 2 months because I loved the van, and there’s no telling how long it had been pending). Second vehicle was on their lot for almost 3 months getting its engine replaced @ 44k miles and well maintained (Hyundai sonata hybrid) and then got totaled due to hail damage.
