RecommendedI had a very good experience car shopping at Hyundai. Everyone was very nice and helpful, and Nate Hays has the patience of a saint with me. I even got a great deal and they helped me get my payments done. This should be the last one I ever buy, if not I will be back.
They sold me a used car knowing that the transmission was bad. They didn’t tell me and hid it in the paperwork when my son picked the car up. They lied on purpose to sell a car.
They did great, they did all my recalls, rotate my tires, change the oil, and when I ask them to put new wipes on they did it.. customer service was outstanding..
Doni was a great salesman, that was able to find something I was looking for while talking to me on the phone. Came in today and was able to finish the paper work and leave with my vehicle! Great team and not overbearing.
I would like to thank Nathan Hays for taking the time to help my mother reconnect her cell phone to her Hyundai Tucson. My mother said that no only did he fix the connection, but explained what had happened and other valuable information on how that feature of the car worked. Excellent customer service first and foremost! We were cruising the lot just scoping out cars that we had seen online when we spotted a couple guys heading home for the night. One left and the other, Nathan Hays, graciously took a few minutes to chat and explained how their lot sits, where the cars are located and invited us back in for a test drive at our convenience.
