I purchased a vehicle on Tuesday and my sales person was Dallas. He seemed very genuine and honest. He was also very knowledgeable. As a first time car buyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman. His friendliness and patience definitely put me at ease in a situation that I expected to be very stressful!
We had the up most pleasant experience yesterday. Dallas was beyond exceptional. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicle features and took time to show and explain things to us. He was very pleasant, down to earth and showed us great customer service. I never felt as if I was being pushed on buying a vehicle or wasting someones time like I did at Crivelli's. You have definitely won us over and we will definately be back!

I had an awesome experience at the dealership. For most everyone was kind and not PUSHY ! Dallas was exceptional and knowledgeable of not only my Santa Fe but of the features as well and took the time to explain them ! Mostly he was genuine in caring about my experience and purchasing something I wanted listening to my Preferences. I will be back for sure.
Went in this week to test drive a used car. The car was gorgeous, immaculate even. We were almost ready to drive it off the lot on the spot. Our salesman was Dallas. He was awesome - very friendly, helpful, down-to-earth. I highly recommend him. Where the problem arrived was with the manager Jeff.
