The worst dealership ever. After having my car for 3 weeks and waiting for a response from Hyundai...they offered me $300 for my car and after I would pay a bill of $100, I would get $200. It was a Hyundai Sonata with 80K miles and NO body/interior issues. I am the original owner. They never even corrected all the mistakes they made LAST year on repairs. Worst dealership I ever came across. Called for a lease price on a Hyundai Elantra. Price $139 out the door no money down. Got there and was told car sold. Apparently only one car on manager special( it's called Bait and Switch). Was told price will be a little higher. New price $198. What a joke. I walked out. The worst dealership I ever dealt with.
This was my first purchase from a dealer... the experience was above my expectations! Irvin Krueger was my salesman and he made everything so easy. I have now had my car 8 months and I have zero complaints. At the time you could enter for a chance to win a quad, and our name was drawn... So new car + free quad + great customer service= one awesome experience!
Shitty half assed work! Took my car to get a gas tank leak and after 37 days I get my car back.... still leaking gas!!! This is considered a safety issue and was the reason my vehicle wouldn't be released back to me in early December. I had to have other mechanics check the work they did the SAME day I got it back. This is outrageous and just annoying. I'm in college and needed my vehicle for the start of the new semester, not thinking my car would take over a month to get back a car that's not even fixed.
