I really enjoyed the whole process from the beginning to the end. I just posted I was interested and got a text from Shane Kelly. he answered my questions before we even went to look at a jeep we was interested in. We met him a couple days later and was just as nice in person. No pressure and was very talkative. He had some great stories to tell while we waited. we had a great experience and came home with a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee! Thanks Shane Kelly!

To buy your car here yes, to have that car serviced here definitely not. I’m currently sitting here waiting for my car to get an oil change. I’ve been waiting for an hour, not one person has been out to talk to me or any of the other customers waiting with me this morning. Other times I have waited for two and a half hours for an oil change! I do get free oil changes but not sure how much they’re worth it anymore. Maybe next time I’ll go to jiffy lube.
