They are the nicest people to work with. There customer service is and believable. Jay Yarter, Ashley Hopewell was outstanding sales person and Jermey the finically person explained everything to me. Never felt like I was being screwed in any way!

because the service person allowed me to stand at the desk for over 3 minutes without even recognizing I was standing there. then I felt he lied to me about having my brake fluid and brakes checked when I asked him to tell the mechanic to look at them. he came back in less than 10 minutes and told me my car was ready and that the mechanic said my brakes and brake line was A-OK I find it hard to believe that in that short period of time the mechanic was capable of doing a check on my brake lines and brakes. This is my first experience with the service department and it won’t be my last. I was looking for a new service location and I am not looking anymore. Cole was very helpful and fair. I ended up trading my Hyundai for a different vehicle and I used Appel so I will be back and possibly buy a Hyundai in the future.
This is the second vehicle which I have leased from Hyundai of Brahman. The vehicles are reliable. The service at Hyundai of Brenham is superb.; the sales people are very knowledgeable and spend a great deal of time familiarizing the customer with the vehicle.
