Excellent experience once again. I came in for a routine 5000 mile oil change. I added a few optional services that I really didn't have time to wait for so they gave me a loaner and sent me on my way. I picked up my Santa Fe early the next day. Five stars across the board.
The sales manager is a angry and aggresive cry baby who relies on degrading the customer to get them to purchase. He is a major embarrassment to the establishment. I came in to purchase a vehicle after seeing the price on the website. I told them I was at the other Hyundai dealership yesterday, but my personal finance person left work early before I could finish the deal so I came to Brenham Hyundai to check out their vehicle too. Servicing was quick and was treated like a property. Dealerships are always expensive but here you get the value out of what you pay .
Obsessed with our beautiful new Palisade!! Our Salesman was Jake Peery and he is WONDERFUL!!! He met us outside when we arrived & asked us all the right questions. He really listened to what we were looking for. Jake was kind & patient, he made us feel so comfortable, he never once pressured us and the whole car purchase experience was pleasant. I also want to acknowledge the entire staff at Hyundai of Brenham are ALL friendly & knowledgeable. Will definitely be coming back here again in the future.
