I will never purchase another vehicle from Dean Pattersons! My last vehicle was the 7th vehicle purchased from this dealership. After having the vehicle for a week and a half I noticed a paint issue on the vehicle. It came with a 36,000 mile paint warranty. They absolutely refuse to do anything about it. I have spoken to 2 other local dealers' who advised me that being 7 time return customer that Patterson's should take better care of me. This would not be an expensive repair. The sales agents at Dean Patterson were nothing but helpful! I was in multiple times to check out different cars, and each time was very pleasant. They helped find the perfect car for me. I'll be going back when I'm ready for a new vehicle! Love Dean Patterson!

I called to get a price on a brand new Malibu, of course no one calls me back. I call in to let the sales manager know that they lost a sale and that I hope they would try harder next time. Dean Patterson was the first dealership I called, but I will NEVER deal with them again after their salesman Brian hung up on me, and I'll be sure to let everyone I know, know how I was treated. Everyone reading this, CALL COVER CHEVROLET, best dealership ever!!

I will never buy a car from them again here is the fact I bought a blazer from them not even driving it for 70 miles the transmission went out third and fourth gear was out of it cost me 2140.38 out of my pocket after they told me they would honor my 30 day warranty they refused to tear my transmission apart blamed it on the deer I hit wrong
