I will never ever ever ever buy a vehicle from dean patterson ever again all the employees are assholes and the service department is fucking terrible!!!
1st off I would like to say that Tony is an AMAZING salesman!!! But when Dean Patterson the 4th quotes a price on car, and then comes back and lies about what ur payoff is on your car because he realizes he's gonna loose his ass and doesn't want to do the sale. I find it be a bunch of bullshit!
I want to thank Tony for a great car buying experience and Allen for answering all my finance questions. I just LOVE my new Traverse♡♡♡

I strongly recommend no body to ever use dean Patterson as a body shop. My insurance company gave them 29days and it's been over a month and a half. I keep getting the same answer every time I call that it'll be done at the end of the week for the past three weeks. They keep ordering stuff off a different car thinking it'll fit mine for some reason idk. You would think if a car comes in without a bumper you'd order the entire bumper assembly and all clips and bolts, not a piece at a time to realize what you need. Very unprof... read more
Bought a Jeep off of them almost a year ago test drove it and it worked fine Carfax fine as soon as I drove it off the lot the check engine light came on took it back immediately and was told it was simply a loose gas cap and to give it a week. Check engine light never went away took it back and they have replaced the O2 sensor and fuel filter several times and reset the computer defaults because it was an emissions issue. Definitely won't be back. Got a '13 Sonata last year and the paint immediately started peeling off the hood. Took it back and Patterson's pretty much washed their hands of the whole situation. The least the could've done was make it right. But hey. You've already got the money. Who needs repeat customers anyway.
