We called from Bedford,they told us to come over .it was last day of jan. We want to sell.we got ready ran over .We thought they were very good Kevin was very nice as was Marion on phone and working the numbers.they were fair,seemed honest .We traded and so far r very happy with our car.They have come through with everything promised to us from dent guy,new key fob,owners manuel.Thank U . The service department is terrible!!! They will rob you blind .
Called in to ask a question. Forwarded to Service. It rang and rang and rang and came back to the main desk. The main desk then paged Service and still nothing. She took my name and number and said Service would get back to me. Two days later...still nothing.
Great experience both times we went there. Top dollar for trade-ins. Honest, no-nonsense salesmen. Only place we will go for now on.

Terrible customer service bought a vehicle a month ago and for the last 3 weeks I've been trying to have them locate a key that goes to my truck no one would return my calls till I spoke to a sales manager then my sales man calls back and says "if you want the key you have to take it to a lock smith and pay for it out of pocket" total shit bags true representation of altoonas finest
This dealership is beyond horrible, they promise you the world until after you sign the papers. They you get nothing but lies and excuses. Never buying anything here again.
Max was an incredible sales guy. The car buying process was easy and smooth.
