Wednesday, I called for information about a car I'd seen online. John Rancourt took my call and answered my questions. I came up after work that day to test drive a few cars. John had them pulled up and ready to go. We spoke on the phone and emailed to discuss details of the sale. On Saturday, I came up to sign the paperwork that John had already prepared.
