The lease on my Elantra was due to expire mid March. Was only looking around and ended up leaving with a new Elantra.. I have always been treated well at Classic. James, the salesman and Belinda, finance officer, were very professional and great at explaining everything to me.Their service department and its staff is the best.
Our salesman, Nick Vaidean was very helpful and knowledgeable of all the vehicles that we looked at. He helped us through the process of buying our car and answered all of our questions. This was our fourth time buying a car from classic Hyundai and we will never go anywhere else. If you are looking to buy a car I recommend that you go see Nick.
Purchased new Genesis G90. Met initially with Matt Miller. Did excellent job getting good value for my’11 Mercedes and price for new vehicle. Finished the deal with John Rancourt who was very professional. Came to my home several days later to review auto with my wife. Very helpful.
At first, I was a little upset that my 2007 Azera, which was in great condition and only had 40,000 miles on it, had developed a problem which even the mechanics had no clue about. But then I had a chance to sit down with the sales manager and John. We worked out a good deal on a car that I believe I will be very happy with over the next decade or two. We just picked up our #6 Hyundai from Classic. Entire experience was easy, our salesman Rob answered every question, the deal came together quickly. Signed the paperwork and off we went! We'll never go anywhere else but Classic Hyundai of Mentor.
This is the second time I have worked with Scott Yee and John Rancourt outstanding guys to work with. Would not want to deal with any other people. I would commend that anyone who is interested in buying a car to go see them.
Nick Vaidean was great to work with - no pressure! A very different experience than the other dealership I was talking to about another brand.
