I cannot say enough about the sales team at Classic Hyundai. The service is great. Everyone is friendly and professional. I just picked up my 2021 Tucson. This is my 3rd vehicle from this dealership and I love it! John Rancourt is my salesperson. He is so patient and thorough. I recommend anyone looking for a new car to check out Classic Hyundai!
Not sure how Sale department is but the Service department is a total joke. Tomorrow I have to take my car back up there for the 2nd time due to them screwing something up in my car. Oh and instead of answering my questions that I had about the issues my car just started having after getting a new motor. Alex (one of the service department guys) would get an attitude and be extremely short with me. Feel really bad i inconvenienced him with my questions 😔
