i went to hypertech the other day to pick up a part for my pc after talking to the sales people i ended up getting a new system after upgrading my junker it still wont be as good as the one i bought and would of spent almost the same price there sales team is very knowledable i would recommend them to any one who wants the honest answer
Great services – I was looking for a new charger for my Dell laptop. The staffs were very knowledgeable and paitient to help me ensure that I did need a new charger and found me the right one. I had a great shopping experience over there. I definitely will go back there for any computer need.
life savers – went to hypertech to see if they could fix my system 1 day later and 80 bucks it was back up and running awsome service best buy was going to charge me over 200 dallors. this place is great everyone should go there
Great experience. After Best Buy told me that my laptop had a bad motherboard, I took it here. One day and $25 later they had the problem fixed. Their staff was very helpfull, great technicians, and above all, they were HONEST!
Saved me over $300!!! – LIFE SAVERS!!!! I was about to throw my laptop away after Best Buy told me my motherboard was bad and it would cost $300 to fix it. My neighbor sugested Hypertech in Overland Park. It was a bit of a haul from Independence, but the very next day they called me and told me my laptop was fixed and BEST of all, it only cost $25!!!!! Turns out, there is a tiny battery on my motherboard that was bad... that was all!
I would recommend this place to everyone that I Know. I have just purchased a brand new laptop there and the price was very reasonable, the staffs are knowledgeable as well! I feel very comfortable going to hypertech because they'll never try to over sell you, instead only sell you according to what you really need! They also have a great rate for onsite services to your home, the job was done in less then a hour. Thank you hypertech!
Excellent Service! – I would recommend Hypertech to anyone. I made an on site service call to my home and the tech "Chris" was here on time and repaired my computer and printer efficiently and in a timely matter so I don't have to spend more money on an extra hour! everything was done in an hour and most importantly the price was reasonable!
Great shopping experience ! Staffs are courteous and professional. I sent in my laptop for virus removal and power jack repair. Both were done up to my expection and in timly manner. Great to see the quality services they provided
this is the 3rd time I need some quick pc service and tech at Hypertech did it again. I take the pc in the morning they find the problem that afternoon and call me explain what they will do to fix the problem. I am pleased with their communication and helpful tip.
