Very knowledgeable and helpful staff I would recommend going here before going to a larger chain for your computer needs. I have taken my PC here several times, for service/upgrades and the staff is very knowledgeable, and will listen to your concerns and needs. Problems and solutions are explained in language you can understand, not cryptic techno babble. Beware of Trojan business tactics Hypertech misdiagnosed an issue with my laptop, promised me a refund if their attempt at repair was unsuccessful, only to tell me later a refund would not available!
asian owned computer shop fast, mostly reliable service that's cheaper than anywhere else around. Staff is not always that knowledgeable as you would like them to be but overall you get what you pay for.
VIC IS A CROOK I brought my first generation PS3 in to be repaired after it got the âyellow light of death.â After a week they told to be pick it up, and after I took it home it wouldnât play video games (which is in my opinion the reason a person would buy a PS3 in the first place). Not many like this in Kansas I came across Hypertech because its hard to find special computer parts asides from Micro Center, Best Buy, and Compusa. They have wide array of parts for your computer and decent prices. They also sell used parts. They have the prices visibly displayed. Unlike another computer store in the area where when you ask for the price they have to think about it then give you some crazy high price.
Exceeds expectations I needed to fix my computer and laptop, both were too slow. They added memories to both of them, cleaned about hundreds viruses out of my computer and kept all the data and reinstalled windows on my laptop in minutes, so both of them returned to life. I will always have business with them! And their prices are reasonable.
Computer land One of the greatest testaments to Hypertech's products and services is how much they have expanded since first opening. They used to be a tiny little shop, but have since expanded and taken over the two adjacent lots in the shopping center. They have friendly, knowledgeable staff that will help you build a computer, or upgrade one, according to your needs, and not according to the amount of profit they will make. I highly recommend it if you want to deal locally.
Ok Computer Store Aside from a pushy asian guy they are ok. Microcenter has less anoying sales people even thought their prices are pretty much the same.
This place is outstanding. I've been coming in for years. They have insanely low prices on used laptops and desktops, and a growing fleet of Apple machines. It's one of easiest places to find an older or unusual part without having to dig through Microcenter's massive sprawl. The sales and service teams are outstanding. Come here to avoid the hassle.
