Will never deal with them again.they gave me one price and when I came to pick up my laptop the price became twice higher.plus the repair cost was almost like a new laptop.do not recommend anyone to use them.
Not happy. While they may be good with computers I highly DO NOT recommend them for cameras. Apparently my camera is to high tech for them to risk working on it and they wanted me to go somewhere else because they don't feel comfortable doing it. Yet they had no issues taking that $25 they require before they look at your stuff. So I paid for them to test a battery that I could have tested at home and to say they are to afraid to work on it. Thanks Hypertech, you are the best - NOT!
I'm only giving 1 star because I can't give them less... I brought my first generations PS3 in to be repaired after it got the “yellow light of death.” After a week they told to be pick it up, and after I took it home it wouldn’t play video games (which is in my opinion the reason a person would buy a PS3 in the first place). I took it back under their warranty and they told me that I needed a new optical drive. Best Computer shop on Town – I love to go this place, I always find everything I need, and if they don't have in stock they ordered for me. Customer support is great and the technical services is super. Highly recommended!!!

I got a quote from Geek Squad for several hundred dollars to replace a motherboard. Took my computer to Hypertech for a 2nd opinion and found out that one of my sticks of RAM had become unseated. 15$ and a day later, I have a working PC! I will always take my electronics to Hypertech in the future. Boo Best Buy, Hooray for Hypertech! Hypertech FTW!
Excellent Customer Service – Excellent customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my service. In addition, they were about half the price as anywhere else for the same service
