I have been seeing Dr. Kaplan for over 20 years and he is more thorough than any doctor I have ever seen for a chronic illness I have had since childhood. Waiting time is less than most doctors offices. Dr. Kaplan is very straightforward but takes your comments and questions seriously and acts upon them, if necessary.
