Offered me $5,400 less than KBB on a pristine auto to sell to them . $ 3,000 less than Carmax offered in writing . Just my personal experience to share . Check around folks.
My son bought his first car here. Great deal Justin was great in and out in an hour and a half everything else was done over the phone!!
Tried to sell my 2006 Mustang GT there today.. got an offer of 4500, rather insulting considering CarMax offered me 6000 less than 30 days and 500 miles ago which I showed to the rep on paper. Immediately went back to across the street to CarMax and they honored their original 6000 dollar offer. Needless to say, not going back to Hyman for 100 bucks over CarMax after being low-balled. I have both the Hyman offer letter AND the check from CarMax to prove it. Nice try fellas. This sours me on Hyman completely.
