I just purchased a vehicle from Hyman Bros. I had a great salesman in Vernon James. I also dealt with 2 managers, Sterling Johnson and Stuart Beach. All very helpful in my purchase of the vehicle. I had to fly in to Richmond from out of town and Vernon picked me up from the airport. The sale went very smoothly. They are delivering my new car to my state, can't wait! John Maes
A friend of mine's daughter bought her third car there. Up until this last car, they had given her good cars and service. While this last car was under warranty, the transmission acted up. They took it back to the dealership, they kept it for a couple of days and said all was well. A few months later, the transmission went out. Hyman Brothers has not accepted fault or tried to keep a customer. Now my friend is paying for a car while it sits so they can save up $3,000.00+ for a new transmission!!! HORRIBLE!!!! Recently bought our car from Hyman after searching for months to replace our Mercedes destroyed by hurricane Irma. Vernon James was our salesman and he made the entire experience simple and easy. No pressure, no hype, no sweat. We spoke with Vernon before arrival an he answered all our questions, taking the time to personally inspect the car and give us a detailed report. Unfortunately this was the WORST experience we’ve ever had in buying a car. Hyman Brothers came highly recommended with great customer service and attention to detail- we were subject to exactly the opposite!! What a waste of time, a huge headache and absolutely NO respect for their customers. I would never buy nor recommend Hyman Brothers to anyone!
I took my Yukon to get inspected and the oil changed. I had fast and excellent service. They are always so friendly.
