Follow through on promises made
From my personal experience they deceitfully embellish their warrantees and services for personal financial gain and not to protect the customer.
I wish I could recommend but cannot. Have escalated my issue to Subaru of America. Nothing will probably happen, all I can do it try. Do not, and I repeat, do not use this dealership!!!!! There are so many things that are wrong with how I have been treated, there is not enough room to write about it here. Feel free to PM me.
Worst experience. Bought a new vehicle recently and its already in the shop. I understand things happen but they didn't take my concerns seriously and I felt even more frustrated leaving there. Terrible costumer service in the entire place, from sales to service to rental department. Definitely will not be coming for services.
My husbands car required all new brakes 9 months after they replaced them with only 14,000 miles on the car. They said it wasn’t covered under warrantee because all four were worn evenly. They did take the price off one portion but it was still ridiculous that it happened in the first place. Our primary roads driven are 288. Not up and down hull street all day. These two supervisors look out for the and the employees who work for them. Hyman Brothers treat their employees with dignity and support.
