My wonderful Aunt prepaid Phil Martin to clean her carpet. Then her Neice took her to a different state to a nursing home. I called Phil told him what had happened and he promised he was a man of his word and would send the money back so I could put it back into her bank account. To which we have never received the money. Beware of this company.
