Alan the Master stylist should learn to treat his customers a little nicer. when your running late you don’t even apologize to your customer. But your customer is less than 10 minutes late and you don’t come out from the back room but you send your family member to tell your customer you can’t see him!! wow. master rude!!!!! You lost more than a customer!!!! good luck to you.

Nothing better than to have been stopped while grocery shopping to be asked by a complete stranger how much they love my hair. Wanting to know where I go and who is my stylist.
