I arrived pretty early and was able to come in before my appointment time. The receptionist was very kind. I appreciate the time my hair stylist Amanda took to let me know the different options I had to go through with. she really knows her stuff and is very personable as well. she doesn't make you feel rushed and didn't try to oversell. overall I loved the end result and will definitely be back to hydra hair salon. Alan the Master stylist should learn to treat his customers a little nicer. when your running late you don’t even apologize to your customer. But your customer is less than 10 minutes late and you don’t come out from the back room but you send your family member to tell your customer you can’t see him!! wow. master rude!!!!! You lost more than a customer!!!! good luck to you.
