05/03/2020 RENTER BEWARE: I lived at this complex for almost 6 months and within the first few weeks roaches were crawling, then came the waterbugs (as big as golf balls), then came the mice. I barely used my kitchen while I was there because the pests seemed to originate there - I never knew what would crawl or jump out at me. The last straw for me was when a mouse ran under my office chair while I was on a live work call! No one should have to live that way and especially not for $900/month. We regret that you were not satisfied with your experience at Hyde Park. We did take extra measures with our pest control provider to address your situation. Had you mentioned your reason for leaving the furniture prior to disposing of it on our property I am sure we could have come to an agreement. Normally we do charge for large items that are left behind but we can make an exception in this case. One of the apartments I have ever lived at. I loved my apartment if my job didnt take me to Texas I would've stayed here! It really is an AMAZING property I would definitely recommend it to anyone!!
This place is aweful. The property manager Scott, will try to cheat extra money away from you with every chance he gets
