Have lived here over 2 years and can't really think of a complaint. Management has always been friendly and attentive. The common areas are consistently cleaned. Insulation in the walls are great and can't ever hear your neighbor. Would recommend to anyone considering living here

I moved in on December and stayed 6 months . And the condo I eent . From 20th December 2024 . As soon as I left my apartment going out to buy some breakfast they hurry up and meanwhile they come up to my apartment and thieves they stole my food eating it , I found long hairs dark color , smallest hair black color inside the shower tyke . And they left empty and stole luxury and expensive clothing and souvenirs and accessories , prime branding retailers clothing Innought in Europe . this young man is a valet at hyde, granted it's a third party company but either way i could not reach hyde or the management. he has anger issues. he exited a vehicle to approach my wife in her vehicle to verbally harass her. she thankfully was able to drive away but has the incident on her dashcam.

Management office wouldnt let me enter the gym( next door from the office) because I didnt have my fob with me. They refused to verify with my ID that I was a resident.

The elevator situation has completely gotten out of hand. This needs to be addressed asap. Walking up 27 flights of stairs is unacceptable. Making us go up and down to get deliveries that we pay to get delivered to our door is ridiculous. Constantly an issue here. Every single week it's something. For the amount we are paying in rent this is far from luxury. After living here for over 6 years - it has got increasingly worse.
