This was our second stay - not horrible but not great. The hotel needs a “redo”. The waterfall at the pool was not working - and that’s what my kids love the most. I asked And they told me it would be working the following day - it wasn’t. The hotel smells mildewy- there were comments on that from other hotel guests. The room felt humid. The gym needs some upgrades. We are Hyatt members but this is definitely not one of the nicer ones. Hyatt - put this one on your remodeling list! Beautiful place!!
Where should I begin? This place is amazing! The grounds are beautiful just like a dream coming true! My boys loved riding bikes, roasting s’mores, walking through the butterfly garden with my mom enjoying nature’s wonder. They loved watching movies in the amphitheater and, of course, the lazy river provided them hours of fun. I loved that they have a Starbucks, so I was able to indulge on my daily strawberry frappes! Took my deposit money to ensure that I’d have a room with my reservation then over sold my room. To me that’s deceptive practice.
