This hotel deserves NO STARS!!!! They are thieves!! We were overbooked by Expedia and got turned away from the hotel. They still charged my card and do not want to give me my money back! Every time we call the manager on duty is in a meeting..
We had a lovely experience @ The Carolina Inn yesterday for afternoon tea with my 2 daughters, my sis in-law & her daughter & my best friend & her daughter. They were visiting from NY. Thank you for making our afternoon tea party fun! ����
The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The resort was clean and very kid friendly. And the food was great! Our group had a great time.
The Carolina Inn is an absolutely beautiful, full service, well appointed Hotel on the UNC chapel Hill campus. Unfortunately for me, I only spent one night there. However, my experience- from the pre-stay survey of needs to check in to shuttle service to orientation to breakfast- was amazing. I am looking forward to the next opportunity to visit my son and stay there again- this time longer and with my husband and other son!!!

We were there for a wedding. Everything and I mean everything was spot on. Beautiful venue, amazing food and excellent staff!!!
Loved it! Food was superb and everything was at our fingertips. It was pricey but the standard was high. We will be returning!
