Very beautiful and very calm here. Crowded at the pool on Saturday but still was fun and joyable. Can’t wait to come back again, hope in the near future.

As far as the hotel cleanliness and staff courtesy was very good . Things I did not like include the water pressure in the shower-no matter what position or setting the shower head was in it was difficult to get the shampoo rinsed out of your hair. The room needs more light, even with the curtains open it was fairly dark. I would not recommend ordering the continental breakfast....the hard boiled egg was inedible, the meats although thinly sliced and did look inviting were sour tasting; the pastry and fruit bowl pre fab prob... read more
Great service and wonderful accommodations. My greatest experience was actually down at the Courier bar, where one bartender made the best Old Fashioned I’ve ever had. Would definitely recommend a stay at the Grand Hyatt!
Six years ago, we decided to hold our family reunion st Lost Pines. This year we celebrated our family there for the sixth time. Plans for next year were made before leaving. We are almost 50 strong. It is the highlight of our year. Love the food. Love the lazy river! The staff goes over and above to make sure everything is perfect. We all love the fact that we don’t have to leave the premises. After Christmas, the countdown to Lost Pines starts!! 2019, here we come!!

Lost Pines was a very nice experience. The service was outstanding, and all the personnel were pleasant and helpful. It was a nice family outing with something to offer to all ages.
