Horrible Service – Called for special anniversery weekend. Paid extra for an ungraded room. Arrived, only had 2 doubles available (On an Anni?) Anyways, even more nightmare they charged my card twice. Left messages for the GM, and wrote corporate, no real response. Will not stay again

Great Stay! – I think this place was great, for what I paid..there's nothing bad about it. I loved it..great location..near all the hottest night clubs and best places to eat.
Hyatt is dirty! – We stayed on the Regency Club floor. What a dump! Trays with old food routinely sat outside the doors all day. The carpeting is smelly and badly stained. Public walkways smell of mold! The "concierge" was unwilling to even try to keep the coffee service going. This hotel is not a good value for the money.
