Greedy Manager Sells Rooms With Reservations! – From the look of the hotel and the great valet service I think I would have given this Hyatt 4 - 5 stars. But, that all went out the window the moment I was told that the room I booked over a month ago was sold to someone else. So you all know I am a beyond loyal Hyatt guest. easy, nice and this place is very clean – the place is clean and the staff is very friendly.
The friendliess hotel I've ever been in – I stay in a lot of hotels around the world and this is by far the friendliess staff around. As they pass they acknowlege you, if you need anything they let you know they are available, no matter what floor you are on. I've never had so many conversations in my life. It seems as if the employees enjoy working here. I haven't had any problems, it was easy check-in, easy check-out. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
comfortable stylish buckhead hotel – for the money, which is nominal compared to other luxury hotels in the area, this Hyatt gives you value, luxury, and location in the buckhead district. great for family vacations so that you are near all of the buckhead amenities such as shopping, dining, entertainment, as well as great for couples wanting an adult atmosphere in the heart of Atlanta sophistication.
nice place to stay – The service is great. My family and I stayed at this hotel when they were visiting Atlanta. It has reasonable prices for its well known location. The hotel staff is helpful and approachable. Our rooms were basic, but they were clean. We received A+ service for the standard room. This is the kind of treatment you would expect from someone staying in a suite. We had a comfortable stay, and I would go back again.
peeling paint. – This hotel had peeling paint all over the room. Nice setting and interesting architecture, but I was horrified to see that it was in terrible state of disrepair. They desparately need attention.
