RecommendedLocation, location, and location. It fully encompasses the concept of vacation without having to travel too far. Neat little place with tons to do and right by the beach. The place also features wildlife (cute little bunnies)!

Not up to the Regency brand. The place is getting run down and is in need of cleaning and paint. The rooms are too noisy especially early in the morning when the planes start taking off from the airport. The food in the bar is mediocre, but the service was excellent.
