Man, oh man—I’m usually not one to write reviews, but Juan Sanchez at the Hyatt bar made what was probably the best drink I’ve ever had. His service was top-notch and truly set the tone for my vacation. Overall, I was extremely happy with all the amenities the hotel had to offer. My only complaint is that the pickleball hours could be better. Other than that, I’m one happy camper. Highly recommend!
This is a review about the 9-hole golf course and the HORRIBLE customer service. First, if you are a new golfer or under ten years old, this golf course is okay. The greens are basically patches of crab grass, and you tee off on mats that haven't been replaced in 20 years. BUT worst of all, we got to the 9th tee around 9:30 a.m., and there was a yoga stretch class happening on the 9th green. Very kid friendly
I cannot fathom these reviews. The hotel is old, run down, absolutely awful. Beds are surely not queens. Not big enough for two adults. We were 3 in a room and had to buy an air mattress at Target. This is an honest review, from someone who has stayed at many hotels. Avoid if you can, horrible and incredibly overpriced.
Such a great family friendly hotel! Very accommodating and friendly to the craziness of kids. The manager Paul is amazing definitely coming back!
