The property is great but the main pool is freezing cold all year round.
Love this place.
I am saddened to feel the need to leave this negative review. There is so much potential at this property and memories from years long since past. The facility outside was unkept. Bugs and mosquitoes on the patios. Dead leaves at the base of the bushes and trees and near tables is mostly likely a contributor. The grounds, while clean enough, were not visually appealing. I had such a wonderful experience at the Hyatt Regency Newport Beach, and I especially want to recognize Ashley for her exceptional customer service. I needed some help navigating my bill from my stay as well as booking an additional night, and Ashley went above and beyond to make the entire process easy and stress-free.
