Great experience at Summer Concert Series-Hiroshima
Had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency Newport Beach. The room was lovely, pools were great and staff were friendly and helpful! Food at the restaurant was yummy! Would highly recommend.
The staff was amazing I had a few hiccups but Kristine took care of us ! And ina as well!! They all rocked it ! Can’t wait to stay here next year

My booking at this hotel was for two nights. My cousin and I have been to several resorts and this is our last stop. We arrived yesterday and were placed in a room at the end of a hallway, right below the stairs and next to the cleaning supply room. The room smelled like mold, the small fridge has a mold stain from the water dripping, and I can’t even sit out in the balcony because my view is a hill and the top of a palm tree. Loved this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the public areas were nicely kept and the pool was ideal. Hope to be back some time soon !
