Excellent service, nice and clean room, great view, quiet pool, delicious breakfast... the list can go on and on. Couldn't ask for more!
A special thanks to Stephanie, Shelley, our housekeeping staff, Mr Guerrero at SHOR, Moses (our Banquet Captain), and the valet service, all of whom went out of their way to make a very special and meaningful event seamless and enjoyable for all 100 of us!
Fantastic, atmosphere, everyone in the staff was at hand and helpful, the magic to hear Lani Hall and Herb Alpert in a beautiful Venue. Love the Hyatt Newporter.
We had a day pass and cabana for the day only. The pool area is pretty awesome!! Very kid friendly. Splash pad, huge water slide, putting green, table tennis, jacuzzi and obviously the pool. There were 2 other pool areas we didn't make it too. Great guacamole and reasonably priced (for a resort) adult beverages. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was due to the understaffing of the wait staff.
My room was not ready when I got there. The bath towels were worn and had a yellow tint to them. The room was really noisy since the windows in the room are only single pane glass. The airplanes start flying over at 7am so don't plan on sleeping in. They charged me a double resort fee without any notice.
