The hotel staff are friendly, but the Wifi connection is very poor. We are hardly getting a connection at all. We are from the U.K. and were hoping to stay in contact with our family and friends via Facebook. The only WiFi connection we get at present time is the Ihop! My husband has been to the reception to complaint but it has fallen on deaf ears. For the resort fee which we are paying it is very poor. Probably wouldn't stay here again. Update it took 30 minutes to post this comment!

Fantastic property! Would definitely recommend or stay here again.
This was our first time here and we absolutely loved it ! We came on a concert night and the crowd was stunning and relaxed. Service all around was impeccable! So kid friendly and that's huge for us ! Just a great all around experience and we will definitely be back !!
I had an incredible stay st the Hyat Regency Newport Beach. Loved the balcony and pool view. Gorgeous conference facilities. (We came in for the Xyngular Conference). The food was incredible (though management should have more staff on the Starbucks/ walk up breakfast counter- especially when there is a convention in town).
