We stayed here for 3 nights for the Inspired Life event. This place are awesome. Thank you for the excellent service.

Came for the Friday night Jazz series. Had problems with our room. Manager solved problem with empathy and great customer service. I always love Hyatts, but this was the best customer service from waiters to Manager that I have ever received! Great job Hyatt Newport!!👏🏾👏🏾
Great venue for Friday night Jazz. Seats could be more comfortable. We pay a good price. Wanted to hear Fourplay but got BOB James trio instead.
