Unimpressed with the service and the rooms. Very small rooms. We are a family of 7 with 3 young children The bellman came to our Van and said there was too much stuff and sent someone else to do it. Is that 4 1/2 star service? How rude!

The resort and room were on point, however, the beds were like sleeping on concrete, plus the construction right outside with the dumping of metal waste in a dumpster at 6am on my Saturday was ridiculous. I wish there was something on the website stating about the construction, I would've chose a different hotel.
Beautiful place with great staff. We will be back soon to this paradise
