Excellent grounds, restaurants where reasonably priced and good taste. Breakfast is amazing at the restaurant down stairs by the pond. Bands where good at night by the poolside. The pools where AMAZING...my daughter and I loved the slide, waterfall and underground grotto. I would definetly stay here again...3 floor center overlooking the pool was Amazing View

The ONLY place to stay while visiting Kaanapali Beach
The spa was excellent. I particularly thought my esthetician was fantastic. One of the best I have met... cucumber, paprika and chilli face mask!!! Feel blessed to have experienced such a magical place. Hyatt as always, you know I love you. <3 xxelle
Eu recomendo a tds !!! Nunca fui tão bem recebido, os melhores restaurantes, snack bar, sem contar a melhor ocean view de todas !!! Fui e voltarei em breve !!! Recomendo o Japengo restaurante !!!
Excellent service...when needed something staff ws quick to respond..friendly n polite..they were able to accommodate us to stay longer than the checkout time..for more hours..because our plane departed late that nite. I would definitely recommend this great hotel...I will come here again. :-)
