Fuck this racist resort! The people here are rude and they discriminate. Told me I couldn't play at the tables because I was looking at the table. How the hell else am I supposed to grab a seat. Rude ass dealers with no people skills to, like Lynn.
We were there for lunch today . And very upset on how our kids were treated. They were run off the beach by Rick because we were not quest at your hotel. I ready don't understand your rules work. You take our money for lunch but we can't step on the beach.
This is our fourth year coming to this place, and every year they do something extra to impress us. No, not even the welcoming champaigne or the regular upgrades .... Thanks to Steven, we are enjoying our cottage on the beach, again....yup, free upgrade... love it...#theblueandthegreen
The developers and residents must have zoned out other US hoteliers bc this is the only modern amenities hotel in the Incline Village area. I drove around and almost all other properties were cottage-like, old or boarded up. The pool area, the pier bar and food overall were the, hilights
This was our second time to visit here. Cannot wait for the third. The resort and the staff are both first rate.
Best place in Tahoe to stay!! Food is excellent and the atmosphere is amazing. Don't leave without trying a Golden Eagle at the Lone Eagle Grille...life changing!! ❤️❤️❤️
This is a beautiful place to stay on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe. Staff very helpful and friendly. Large immaculate, quiet rooms, amazing dining choices and really nice, clean casino. Sparkling, clean pool and jacuzzi--all totally family friendly. Looking forward to our next stay there.
Never disappointed by this place. Weather could have been better but the food was great.
