Great location! Amazing space! Our room was so big we almost got lost on our way to the bathroom. 😂 One downside is the fridge and the fridge area. It needs a sink and a larger fridge.
We had so much fun! The hotel staff was great and the casino was a blast!

Friendly & helpful staff, comfortable spacious room, large bathroom (shared room with my sister, we had plenty of space to share). Hotel was clean and food was very good. Note, the saloon is more of a sports bar. My only issue was the fee for parking. As a multi-night guest this should have been included.
Big shout out to the staff at this property, there was a blackout in Incline Village last night (like the whole area, not just the hotel) and it was one of the most fun nights of the trip thanks to the employees. They jumped up getting glow sticks and electric candles all over the public area and really went out of their way to make sure we were all feeling as well about the situation as possible. An unfortunate unavoidable situation made better by fantastic staff. Job well done!

We got married here last weekend and it was about as perfect as you can get. We had our wedding on the cottage green and cocktail hour/reception in the lakeside ballroom and patio. Caity was incredibly helpful when we were deciding on the venue and Sam did a great job dealing with the flurry of changes and details that we threw her way. Can't recommend them highly enough.
