DO NOT stay here! Terrible experience with cockroaches. I am a Hyatt brand loyalist and have stayed dozens of nights at different locations. I've never experienced anything like this and would never stay here again. Within an hour of checking in we saw multiple cockroaches in our room. I then asked for a new room on a different floor and within minutes of being in that room we saw another cockroach. nice hotel a little "high and mighty" in there pricing Not impressed with staff that checked us in and attitude received over 100 dollar pet fee I mean can't really call yourself pet friendly and charge people 100 dollars on top of already too high room fee...just don't allow animals if you don't want them there on your stained carpet in a hotel room with a fridge that doesn't work 🤔...get over yourself really
I’ve booked my two rooms and specifically reserved two bed rooms with two queen beds August 27th for my trip to Nashville September 13 so almost 3 weeks with Expedia! Got a confirmation email and another email three days before my trip that everything is set and the two rooms with the two queen beds were supposedly booked.
