I have actually stayed at this property a few times in the past and was very pleased with it although the hotel is slightly dated it is well maintained and they keep it clean. My biggest issue is that they have new owners, and the new owners have decided to implement their dietary restrictions on every guest in the hotel. The selection for breakfast is now completely vegetarian offering soy based “meat” products. It is more like 30 minutes from Nashville. But, it is a nice quiet neighborhood, no issues getting an UBER to go places. The people working are very polite and caring. The overall appearance is nice. There is a few stores within walking distance, taco bell, Duluth, Macy's and so on. Very family friendly.

For what we needed, this hotel did its job. Clean room, comfy bed, decent workspace, good A/C, free parking. Everything else though, it lacked. The TV didn’t work, the shower drained very slow. One of the lights was broken/burnt out, the iron leaked water like crazy after a few minutes of use. The staff was nice and it did the trick, but I wouldn’t stay there again.
