This hotel is clean, in a good location, and has an easy check in/out procedure. Unfortunately, for those with disabilities there are some problems. The accessible rooms are nice but mine was on the 5th floor, a longer walk from the elevator than I could do comfortably with my walker. Those who use wheelchairs might not find the distance to be a problem. The bed was low enough that I could get into it easily but the mattress was so hard that it was painful to lie in for more than an hour or so. The accessible shower was nice... read more
Maggie is the best. She went above and to accommodate us in every way. She truly is great. We will be back to stay at this establishment because of her.

You can't pay for laundry without phone and their app that might not work. I asked for help, but they replied they won't.
